Amethyst has pieces of her native fae tongue, and here you can find out the translation! The fae tongue in this novel is Copyright © to me, K.L. Dimago.

In Chapter 19: Escape, Amethyst must use fae magic to hide her ship in order to evade her enemy. She yells this spell to hide her ship.

"Ihm mala aalo bh uiiecht miolzam
Ksiu hohulha tesc eot oselo heha
Osimhum ue Zeszieih, osimhum ue ushy
Mlii yh esh aekh eot ueo shohy."

Which means:

"Let this ship be cloaked tonight
From enemies dark and prying eyes
Protect my Gargoyle, protect my crew
Till we are safe and can renew."

In Chapter 20: Return, Amethyst whispers a spell just before an important battle where she settles a final score!

"Ilzam ebioh klii ue bieth
Blot mah tescohaa bhkish ue
Ahsh eot oiy yh ylii bh aeoht
Mala ursah oi uish ylii bh.”

Which means:

"Light above, fill my blade
Bind the darkness before me
Here and now we will be saved
This curse no more will be."

In Chapter 22: Trials, through the end of the book, Amethyst must once again face her kind and some of the words for titles are introduced.
